取貨指引及詳情 Collection Instructions

  1. 完成訂購貨品後, 客人必需於指定日期及時間親臨以下取貨地點, 到相關的參展商攤位內取貨。

    Customer must collect the goods in person at the booth of relatively exhibitors at designated date, time, and location upon order confirmation.

  2. 客人領取貨品時,需提供發票 (invoice) 電郵之列印本(不接受電子本, 例如手機, 平板電腦等),提供訂購時登記的聯絡電話號碼,出示有效之身份證明文件,以作身份核對之用。如客人沒有提供以上任何一項資料,主辦單位有權拒絕閣下領取貨品。

    When you collect the goods, you will be required to show your printed email invoice (electronic version is not accepted), registered contact number and document for identity verification. If you fail to provide the above mentioned, the Organizer has the right to refuse you for your pick up.

  3. 取貨地點 Redemption Location

    • 地點: 九龍灣國際展貿中心 (KITEC) 3樓 Star Hall
    • Venue: Star Hall, 3/F, Kowloon Bay International Trade and Exhibition Centre
  4. 取貨日期及時間 Collection Date and Time

    • 2018年10月11日-13日, 中午12:00 – 晚上8:00
      11-13 Oct 2018, 12:00pm - 8:00pm
    • 2018年10月14日, 上午11:00 – 下午6:00
      14 Oct 2018,11:00am - 6:00pm
  5. 訂購一經接納,不設取消、退貨、更換顏色或款式,所收款項將不獲退還

    Order cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged upon confirmation.

  6. 如指定取貨日期內仍未領取該貨品,主辦單位將會自行處理有關貨品。恕不設退款或作另行通知。

    For any merchandises not picked up within the above date, the Organizer reserves the rights to handle by any means without refund and prior notice.

    We don’t accept phone orders, but if you can’t find an item, our customer service representative can assist you. For security purposes, we are unable to checkout the order over the phone for you.

    What is the ‘Card Validation Code’ I’ve been asked for during my purchase?


    「卡驗證碼」是印刷在卡背面簽名欄末端的3 位數。

    The Card Validation Code (CVC) is the last three small numbers printed on the back of your credit or debit card. Turn your card over, and look at the signature strip. You will see some printed numbers. The last three digits are separated from the others by a space. These last three digits is your Card Validation Code.

  12. 我沒有PayPal賬戶和信用卡/支付卡。我可以透過銀行轉賬/現金存款/現金支付嗎?

    I do not have a Paypal account nor a credit/debit card. Can I pay via bank transfer/cash deposit/cash via mail?

Click on "checkout" at the bottom of the page. This will bring you to checkout form - you would need to enter in details such as billing, delivery and payment details.
